On today's tour we will learn the history of the diverse communities of Los Angeles and sample the local delicacies. We will begin at the birthplace of Los Angeles and end at the city's oldest winery. From Chinatown to Little Tokyo this tour has something for everyone.

Sweet and Savory- Bakery Tour 

 

Come join us on our original Bakery Tour.

LA's best sweets, treats, and buttery breads are on the menu for today’s adventure. Asian, European, Mexican, Armenian, even Cuban bakeries are on the menu for today's tour. You will sample these delicious morsels at every stop and a wonderful Luncheon is planned at the iconic Tam O Shanter Inn. And like the Chocolate tour, there are now two versions of the Bakery Tour!

What's better than a great meal accompanied by the perfect wine? Let's find out as this trip to Santa Barbara as we enjoy fine dining at the Santa Barbara Culinary School,  Next the adventure continues with wine and olive tasting in the charming and historic town of Los Olivos in the Santa Yanez Valley.

Taste of Route 66
 

“If you ever plan to motor west, travel my way, take the highway that is the best. Get your kicks on route 66”.... U.S. Highway 66, popularly known as Route 66 or the Mother Road, holds a special place in American hearts and evokes images of simpler times, with family owned local businesses, and the icons of a mobile nation on the road.  On our drive on Route 66 we will be flanked by historic buildings and diverse cultural resources. We will drive through the towns of Glendora, Monrovia, Pasadena, and Los Angeles while taking the time to stop the coach and experience some of the mom & pop shops that made route 66 the main street of America. Lunch will be included at North Woods Inn.

 

Champagne Sunday Brunch Aboard the Queen Mary

 

Come along with us for a day fit for royalty. Let us pamper you with a brunch aboard the legendary Queen Mary in Long Beach. After the brunch we will get an in depth look at this magnificent ship viewing places that are generally closed to the public. Continuing with the royal treatment, we will next view Diana: Legacy of a Princess. This exhibit on the main deck of the Queen Mary depicts the life and times of Princess Diana. We will see personal items or hers as well as items from the entire royal family. All Aboard!!!
